May 1, 2024 FACTS Applications are due - Including Federal taxes. Applications without taxes attached are incomplete and are not eligible for financial aid.

June 1, 2024 Anyone not applying for any financial aid should set up a payment plan in FACTS.

July 15, 2024 Families who have applied for School choice will receive notification that there is paperwork requiring their signature.

August 15 Documents must be signed by this date to receive School Choice.

Failure to sign the documents (during a previously scheduled meeting - Walk-in appoints are not available) will result in losing School Choice Scholarship.

September 1, 2024 SGO scholarships processed. Letters will be sent home when available from SGONEI. Payment plans in FACTS should be initiated (not yet finalized) to pay remaining balances.

October 1, 2024 SGO recipients payment plans in FACTS must be finalized or balance paid in full.

January 2025 Late January School Choice amounts are finalized by the State. Invoices for any remaining balance are sent home along with finalization letter from the State.

April 15, 2025 Payment in full is required for School Choice recipients.
